Applying for a scooter license

All license applications are dealt with by the DVLA. You will need to contact them on 0870 240 0009 and ask them to send you the application form D1 and photo application form D750. Alternatively, you can pick these forms up from the Post Office. Once you receive your new license, it can only be validated by successfully completing a CBT course (see section on training and licensing).
