I was the chap who bought the Sym Joyride 180 and now after owning it for 2 weeks I am over joyed not just with the scooter but also with the way the sale was handled, it is so refreshing to find an honest dealer these days and being a older person it is so easy to get taken for a ride by the latest jargon and sales rubbish.
The scooter has been absolutely great and I find myself going out for rides even when the sky is black (no way would I do this on my old motorbikes) safe in the knowledge that the machine will not let me down as you sorted it out so well before I got it.
I have no objection to you using part or all of this email to reassure any customer of your commitment to the customer and he or she may feel confident in buying from you, if I ever wear this scooter out or fancy a change your shop will be my first port of call.
