Smart Key Connectivity; The Pulsion will be the first Peugeot to use the I-Connect system, which will allow the rider to stay connected to their contacts whilst on the move and offer GPS and navigation via the TFT Screen. The I-Connect system will recognise up to 5 selected mobile phones and will advise the rider of a notification or message whilst on the move, however the full details of the notification or message will only be revealed when stationary. The I-Connect system will be provided on a monthly subscription basis, of which the first 2 years are cost free. At the end of the free period, a cost of approximately £4 per month will charged for the subscription.
The Pulsion is powered by the French built PowerMotion liquid cooled 125cc engine. This LFE (low friction engine) produces 10.6KW (14.2hp) and 11.9 Nm of torque. The engine has been designed to provide the rider with smooth power delivery, combined with excellent fuel economy. Fitted with both ABS and SBC linked brakes, the Pulsion offers market leading safety. The Pulsion also benefits from full front and rear LED lighting, DRL (daytime running lights) and automatic hazard warning lights in the event of hard/emergency braking. The Pulsion will be available in two distinct versions. Allure; with a taller windscreen and rear carrier, as shown on the red bike below. The RS version has a more sporty feel with bare handlebars, sports screen and steel footplates. For colours, please see images below. Both models will use Peugeot Smart key system and will be fitted with USB charging.
